Snow day!!

I know, it's a snow day, it's a day to spend with the family. Well if the kiddos go down for a nap or you get a few hours to yourself, then I have a task for you..:0)

Organize your closet!!

Can this be a simple and fun task, you ask? Yes!! Think of how easy it will be to find the perfect outfit everyday!

First take everything down. Then you would want to go through and try on anything you haven't worn in awhile, if it fits and is still your style, keep it. If it doesn't fit or is outdated, donate it.

Then organize by color, item, or style. If you organize by color, you want to start with red, then orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. From there go white to grey, black, brown, then stripes and patterns. It's fun and it looks great! If you prefer your clothing sorted, then you start with shirts, short, then long-sleeved. Blouses, sweaters, skirts, dresses, etc. Organizing by style would be the most work! You would to put everything with it's proper group of clothing. Like casual items, night-out, rocker-chic, whatever you have your style labeled as. And don't forget about your scarves, handbags, and shoes.

Once you have an organized closet, have fun putting together new and fun outfits!! And maybe even shopping for a few new things you've made room for!!!
